ความหมายและการผันช่อง Shape Up
คำว่า Shape Up ในภาษาอังกฤษ แปลว่า ปรับปรุง, พัฒนาตนเอง, จัดระเบียบ. เป็นคำกริยาในภาษาอังกฤษ และเป็นกริยาปกติ (Regular Verb) เพราะแค่เติม -ed เมื่อเป็นอดีต.
